Community Nursing Services

Holistic Recovery’s community nursing services are designed to meet NDIS participants’ clinical and personal needs so that the individual can lead an independent and healthy lifestyle. Holistic Recovery nursing services can be provided in your home by a registered nurse, and you can access these services on a regular or occasional basis. A registered nurse will assess your clinical need for nursing, will then determine in consultation with you the type and frequency of nursing and personal care services you need. Services are provided under the current NDIS price guide and enable you to access multiple support services with Holistic Recovery:

  • Management of medications
  • Diabetes management
  • Pressure care and Wound management
  • Complex disability care – PEG, continence, bowel care
  • Day to day health supports in your home
