Senior Recovery Support Worker

With a rich background in community and aged care services, Jessica O’Malley brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Senior Recovery Support Worker at Holistic Recovery. Jessica’s career began in the Aged Care sector, where she excelled as a Case Manager. In this role, she adeptly managed Home Care Packages and coordinated a range of services to ensure elderly individuals could live independently and safely in their own homes.

Jessica’s commitment to supporting individuals extends to her five years as a Disability Support Worker. Her academic achievements include a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and both Certificate IV and III in Community Services. These qualifications, combined with her active listening skills and problem-solving abilities, equip Jessica to support participants effectively in achieving their personal goals.

Her passion for the Mental Health sector has grown over the years, driven by a track record of success and a strong skill set developed through extensive experience. Jessica is known for her enthusiasm, self-motivation, reliability, and adaptability, making her well-suited to handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking and reading novels. Her role at Holistic Recovery has also afforded her the opportunity to maintain a healthy work/life balance, allowing her to spend more quality time with her family. In 2012, Jessica showcased her spirit of community by participating in the World’s Greatest Shave, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact.
